The purpose of this Roundtable is to shed light on Change management in our cultural institutions.
How do we create the environment for change needed to shift our cultural institutions towards a more sustainable future? Which methods and models exist, to change how institutions consume resources and create a better work environment? Who plays a role in this work? Where are the barriers and challenges? And what would be good solutions?
We invite different perspectives to share input and thoughts in order to seek out challenges and opportunities within these areas.
The program lasts a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes in roundtable format.
There will be introductions for 15-20 minutes and then discussion with the session participants for about 1 hour.
There will also be polls for input and statistics.
