Conference: Sustainable Cultural Experiences in the Nordic Countries

Green change should be easier for cultural institutions; therefore, the Nordic House in the Faroe Islands wants to invite you to the conference Sustainable Cultural Experiences in the Nordic Countries. Here, we will present, discuss and develop the work creating a green roadmap for sustainable Nordic cultural experiences.

The Green Roadmap for Nordic cultural experiences is part of the Nordic Council of Ministers' Sustainable Living. A tool for developing green change in Nordic cultural institutes, making it easier for cultural institutes to introduce green change. The art and cultural sector in Nordic countries need a unified political direction, support schemes, guidance and tools for reasonable change toward a greener cultural experience.

The roadmap identifies and removes obstacles to necessary action, encouraging change and the development of new methods, helping transform knowledge into action.

The conference offers insight and expertise in sustainability culture.

Time: January 16th, from 9 am to 3 pm
Location: The Nordic House in the Faroe Islands + online streaming.
