STØKK UPP KAFÉ (Pop-Up Café)

A collaboration between Hotel Brandan and Café Systrar. 

Due to the current situation with Coronavirus, the Pop-Up Café opens one hour before events start and is otherwise temporarily closed. 

In our temporary café, Støkk Upp Kafé, you can purchase breakfast rolls, lunch sandwiches, hot soup and delicious pastry. The food is delivered from Hotel Brandan, which uses primarily local and organic quality produce, and Café Systrar serves it. 

The pastry is made by pastry chef Malene Fisker Waag, who served her apprenticeship at La Glace – the oldest and one of the best Danish confectioneries. 

(The regular café, Systrar, is closed until 15 February, while the kitchen is being completely renovated.)
